In line with our commitment to supporting the evolving needs of the construction industry, QLM is excited to qualify for the IRA Solar Apprenticeship Program.

This program is the first Nationally accredited program, and it is designed to provide aspiring solar technicians with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the growing solar energy sector. Quality Labor Management’s (QLM) Utility Scale Solar division is fully prepared and able to meet all Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) guidelines for your utility scale solar projects.

Our apprenticeship program is designed to meet the minimum labor hours requirement on all IRA-supported projects.

Meet the Applicable Ratio of Apprentices to Journeyman workers

We adhere to the specified apprentice-to-journeyman worker ratios, ensuring a balanced and compliant workforce.
