Safety Bucks program goal is to reward QLM Team Members for their safe actions.
1 Safe work hour = 1 Safety Buck.
For each safe hour that our Team Member works, they will be given one safety buck that will show up on their electronic pay stub. Safety Bucks is a program to recognize our team for their diligence to safety on the job, providing a core Philosophy of QLM.
Safety Bucks are redeemable for items in the safety buck catalog, and they are not redeemable for cash.

Redemption Process
- Review how many safety bucks you have collected. You can check your balance on your paystubs
- Review items in Safety Buck Catalog to see what items you can redeem.
- Fill out the order form with item and quantity you would like to redeem. Email the form to [email protected] or give the order form to your branch to process the order ( locations )
- Must be in good standing Team Member of QLM
- The Team Member must currently have No reportable injuries
- Have sufficient points to redeem
- Team Members are not eligible if they have any open work claims
and is not eligible until the claim has concluded - No extra bucks may be given outside of safe working hours
- Have no break in service over 30 days with QLM
