Pay Range

$18 per hour

Strong written and verbal communication

Scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination

Data entry and recordkeeping accuracy

Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Filing, document management, and organization

Customer service and front-desk support
